Diana made sure that selling our business was as simple as possible while getting us top dollar – we received 97% of our list price! Their effective marketing allowed for us to receive an offer in under 20 days from the time of listing with a closing in 60 days from the offer. A huge difference from other brokers was that they prescreened potential buyers well with interviews which in turn only one buyer tour was needed. First-Time Buyer


As a first-time buyer, you can imagine that buying a business is a huge undertaking and can be very daunting. I was put in contact with Bridge Mergers and Acquisitions and…I was able to rely on them to answer questions and provide insight to the whole business buying process start to finish.

When dealing with Bridge Mergers and Acquisitions there is no need to be discouraged as a first-time buyer. During the first meeting with them you could have called it a “Lunch and Learn” more than a sales pitch. We talked about the business buying process, what would be required from me, what I would need to accomplish and when. It was nice that it wasn’t about the “sale” for them the whole time, I felt like I was just as much a customer as their clients were.

Assistance In a Time of Need


Auto Master Tire & Service was opened on January 10, 2010. In a little over 5 1/2 years and with an average of $1.9M in gross annual sales, we became both the number one Michelin auto and light truck new tire dealership as well as being voted the number one mechanical automobile repair center in Southwest Virginia.

Due to a diagnosis of lung and bone cancer in late February 2015, my wife and I quickly realized that it would not be possible for either of us to continue to successfully run and manage the business offering the high levels of customer service we demanded as owners. The decision was made to sell the business.

Being new to the small business sales arena we asked both friends and businesses for some key recommendations of business brokers that would fit our needs.

Your company Bundy Group was highly recommended. Upon reviewing our sales and financials for the past 5 year period you recommended that we meet with representatives from Bridge Mergers and Acquisitions of Charlotte, NC. You stated that they specialized in smaller companies with annual revenue streams of under $2M. You could not have been more correct!

We signed an Exclusive Contract of Sales agreement with Bridge Mergers and Acquisitions on August 18, 2015. On September 22, 2015 they presented an Initial Assets Allocation Agreement from a National Company by the name of DrivenBrands. The agreement was for our full asking price payable in cash! We closed the deal in total on October 13, 2015. Simply amazing!

Diana Miles took the time and effort to meet with my wife and I at our new home in Myrtle Beach, SC due to the fact that travel for me is extremely difficult.
